1. Service
MarketsM8 ("the Service") is operated by CORA Global Projects ("we", "us"). The Service provides access to wholesale produce pricing data sourced from the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) Market News API.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity per account unless on a Team plan.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service for lawful business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or systematically scrape data from the Service without written permission. Free accounts are limited to 5 lookups per day.
4. Data Accuracy
Pricing data is sourced from the USDA AMS and is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. The Service should not be the sole basis for purchasing or trading decisions.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Centurion founding member rates are locked for life as long as the subscription remains active. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CORA Global Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
