Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Centurion founding member?

Centurions are the first 100 paid members of MarketsM8. You get everything in Pro, a locked $99/year rate that never increases, founding member status, and priority support. Once 100 spots are filled, this offer closes permanently.

Where does the data come from?

All pricing data comes directly from the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) Market News API. These are real wholesale terminal market prices reported daily by USDA market reporters at each terminal.

How often are prices updated?

USDA AMS publishes terminal market reports daily on business days, typically by early afternoon ET. Weekend and holiday data is not available.

What commodities are covered?

Over 75 commodities across three report categories: Fruit (avocados, citrus, berries, tropical fruit, etc.), Vegetables (lettuce, peppers, broccoli, etc.), and Onions & Potatoes. We cover 11 major US terminal markets.

How is this different from going to the USDA site directly?

The USDA publishes data across hundreds of PDFs and a clunky government interface. MarketsM8 gives you instant search across all commodities and markets in one place, with charts, CSV export, and market VS comparisons.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel at any time. If you are a Centurion member and cancel, your founding rate is reserved if you return within 90 days.
